Car parking facilities shown within curtilage of dwellings to be provided hard surfaced and made available for use before dwellings are occupied and permanently maintained. 5. Before first occupation of any dwelling, proposed shared access drive to be provided, surfaced with tarmacadam/ similar hard bound material (not loose aggregate) for distance of at least 5metres behind highway boundary (back or verge) and maintained at all times. 6. Shared private drive shown serving site to be minimum of 4.25metres wide with 0.5metre wide clear margins behind highway boundary and have drop crossing of minimum size shown in Figure DG20 of 6Cs Design Guide and its junction with adopted road carriageway. Access drive to be provided before any dwelling is occupied and permanently maintained. 7. Before first use of development 2metre x 2metre pedestrian visibility splays to be provided on highway boundary on both sides of access with nothing within those splays higher than 0.6metres above level of adjacent footway in accordance with current standards of Highway Authority and maintained permanently.
